- From Cheras Sentral Mall head south on E7 for Kajang/Semenyih;
- Drive for approximately 19.3km to Exit 2101A, Rinching/Semenyih;
- Pass through 3 sets of traffic lights;
- Turn left onto B34, sign posted Univ of Nottingham/Broga, SET TRIP METER TO "0";
- Pass through another 4 sets of traffic lights;
- At 4.4km turn left, sign posted Lau Er Restaurant;
- Immediate right and left at 4.6km;
- Run site at 5.3km.
